As Customer Success Manager, Colleen Gasik is responsible for driving key initiatives that accelerate Customer Success across Cybalt’s portfolio of services. While focused on the performance and satisfaction of our customers, she builds and runs operational teams and strategies that help customers define and achieve success. With a customer first mindset, Colleen is transparent and proactively communicates opportunities to improve the customer experience and partnership. She is curious and seeks to understand what matters most to our customers and what Cybalt can do to best meet their needs.
Colleen comes to Cybalt in 2022 and brings with her 20 years of experience and expertise in data services and cybersecurity. Prior to Cybalt, Colleen held several positions at NTT Security managing client relationships in various capacities including sales, business development, and account management. While there, she gained a deep understanding of client’s security drivers and expected outcomes. In addition, she identified business challenges, defined strategic approaches, and collaborated with internal/external teams to improve operational efficiencies while reducing risk.
Colleen has a proven track record of growing client relationships by establishing trust. This trust is earned through credibility, actively listening, providing consultative solutions and requesting feedback. Her integrity along with her collaborative approach allows her to consistently drive business results.
