James (Jim) Cassibo

Jim leads the Finance and Accounting function for Cybalt. He has more than 25 years of experience building and leading high-impact global finance teams in the IT Services industry. As the Head of Finance, Jim oversees the accounting, controls, financial planning and analysis, and business operations to continuously optimize the financial performance of the company.

Prior to this, Jim was the Vice President and Corporate Controller for Norstan Inc., a leader of Unified Communication Solutions across North America. Prior to joining Norstan, Jim held various Finance positions with IBM Canada.

Besides the core Finance functions expertise, Jim has successfully supported the buy-side of M&A transactions, managed large debt transactions, integrated multiply ERP environments, and worked through a successful turnaround through cost optimization and operational improvements that resulted in EBITDA expansion.

Jim holds a B.A. in accounting from the University of Waterloo (Ontario, Canada) and is a CPA CMA.
